Would God use email?

It takes seven to 10 days for my letter to reach my favourite uncle in southern Ontario; an email would take seconds. But he doesn鈥檛 do email. Bill has never owned or used a computer.

Words of a hymn were running through my head, the third stanza of 鈥淭hough I May Speak鈥, a paraphrase of 1 Corinthians 13, the chapter describing perfect love. 鈥淐ome, Spirit come, our hearts control, our spirits long to be made whole. Let inward love guide every deed, by this we worship and are freed.鈥

My perspective - A disconnect

I grew up on a city lot in urban Canada. Neither of my parents grew up on farms and while my parents enjoyed flowers, gardening wasn鈥檛 a hobby for either of them. As far as I knew, food came from the grocery store.
