Right in the centre - An abundance of errors

It was billed as an election nobody wanted. It became the election nobody liked. Well almost. Maybe the Peoples鈥 Party of Canada were a little bit happy, as their vote percentage went up. They even came in at second place in the neighbouring Lisgar-Marquette constituency. In Dauphin-Swan River-Neepawa, PPC came in fourth, but accumulated 3,965 votes. PPC also came in at fourth spot in Brandon-Souris.

Right in the centre - What has changed in two years

The last federal election was less than two years ago.

This year鈥檚 election is only being held to fulfill Prime Minister Trudeau鈥檚 personal plans. I have written about that before. There is no other reason except one and that is to get rid of the Liberal government. I feel badly for people who honestly and genuinely hold to traditional liberal views. They have been betrayed by the Trudeaus past and present.

Right in the centre - A tough battle is needed

The Progressive Conservative Party of 水果视频 is about to elect a new leader. Brian Pallister has said he won鈥檛 run in the next election. Let it be said in this space that Brian Pallister took a very weakened PC party and made it into two majority governments. He faced down a weak and lazy party establishment and infused some backbone into sitting MLAs and new candidates alike. He ran a fairly good government and even in the COVID-19 crisis, he did as well or better than most provincial leaders across Canada.
